We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan and programme sold by Stichting Sun Kyeong. If a plan isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us and we will arrange it for you.
Monthly membership
You can cancel a monthly membership at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after cancelling.
Cancelled classes
If we cancel a class or a programme session and cannot offer an alternative, you can ask us for a refund of that part of your purchase, also outside the 30-day window.
