Who you are contracting with
These classes and programmes are provided by Stichting Sun Kyeong (“we”, “us”), trading as Sun Kyeong The Hague, based in The Hague, the Netherlands. By creating an account, buying a plan or attending a class, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Access to group Qi Classes and programmes, live at the Sun Kyeong The Hague Centre and online. A Qi Class combines movement and guided meditation. Classes are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity under your account, and you must keep your login details confidential. You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping). Class meeting links are personal to you and may not be shared or resold.
Our intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service, the class content, recordings, written materials and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them within the plan you bought.
Availability
We aim to run every scheduled class, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the app, the schedule or an individual class. Schedules and teachers may change. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Payment and subscriptions
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. Please see Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Prices are shown and charged in euros; other currencies shown in the app are approximate estimates only. A monthly membership renews automatically until you cancel.
Reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you can ask us to export or delete your account data.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You take part in classes at your own initiative and should seek medical advice if you have a health concern.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies, and disputes are for the competent courts in the Netherlands. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger or reorganisation; you may not transfer them without our consent. Neither of us is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
